⭐ Wishlist Premium
Member need-list catalog under loot: browse who needs what, award items as logged applications.
Optional module under the premium loot feature. Enable under Guild settings → Loot distribution → Wishlist. It uses its own item catalog (not the loot vault). The sidebar shows Wishlist when loot distribution and Wishlist are both on.
Settings
- Enable wishlist — turns the module on.
- Allow members to create new items — when off, only Vault staff expand the catalog.
- Private wishlist (staff only) — when on, members see only their own wishlist; owners/admins and members with Loot permission still see everyone’s needs and can award items. Member detail wishlists for other people are hidden the same way.
Members
- Open Wishlist to browse items that at least one member needs (tiles or list view; list is the default). In private mode, non-staff only see their own list.
- Click an item to see who needs it in the detail pane (staff / public mode).
- Add to my wishlist — pick an existing catalog item, or create a new one (screenshot + name; the name can be read from the image when possible).
- When the guild’s game has an item database: pick a rarity (name color), use Open item database, or search the local catalog (GW2 import or custom crawl) to fill name/rarity/icon.
- Paste a screenshot with Ctrl+V while the add modal is open to fill the image field.
- Remove an item from your own wishlist when you no longer need it.
- When Wishlist is enabled, each member’s Details popup also lists their wishlist (member detail guide).
Catalog & settings
- Staff with Vault permission can seed and edit catalog items under loot settings (change name and/or screenshot; same paste/OCR flow).
- Optional: turn off Allow members to create new items so only staff expand the catalog; members can still pick existing items.
- Soft-deleted catalog items stay out of the picker; needs counts only include active wishes.
Award item (staff)
- Staff with Loot permission (or owner/admin) see Award item on each member row in the wishlist detail pane.
- Awarding creates an accepted loot item request tagged Wishlist — same log as normal applications on the loot distribution page.
- That item is removed from that member’s wishlist only; other members who still need it keep their entries.
- If Discord forum sync is enabled for loot applications, the award can create/update a forum thread like other applications.
