Fight VODs Premium

Fight VODs require Guild Builder premium on the guild. Without premium, the VODs page, event VODs tab, and member-detail VOD section are hidden; owners and billing managers can upgrade from Settings → Billing.

The VODs page (/guilds/<slug-or-id>/vods) is a guild-wide library of fight recording links. When Insights is enabled, the library lives under Insights → VODs in the sidebar and clicking a card opens the in-app viewer (embedded YouTube playback, timestamped comments, review requests). When Insights is off, VODs stays a top-level sidebar item and links open on the original site (YouTube, Medal, Twitch, etc.). Each card uses your guild’s member role colours as a left border and shows class weapon icons, class name, and party/event display name like event comments.

• Add VOD — Paste a video URL and optional title. You must pick an event or explicitly choose No event (there is no default). Recurring series list each recent night separately (last 7 days). Role and class default from your member profile but can be changed on upload. Optional Match begins at is the VOD time when the match starts (can be negative if the recording starts mid-match) so Insights can keep other YouTube VODs of the same event in sync.
• Library filters — Date range (by VOD created date), event, event type, role, class, and member. Switch between List and Tiles view (saved per guild in your browser).
• Event folders — Library defaults to By event: collapsible folders per event (and per recurring night), with a No event folder for unlinked VODs. Switch to Flat for a single list (preference saved per guild).
• Delete — Authors can remove their own links; staff with Events permission (or owner/admin) can remove any VOD.
• Edit titles & match start — Authors can edit their own VOD’s title and Match begins at on the Insights viewer. Members with the VODs permission (or owner/admin / Events) can edit those fields on all VODs. Both fields live in the viewer’s Details card.

• On any calendar event, open the 🎬 VODs tab to upload links for that occurrence (recurring events are occurrence-specific, like RSVPs and Stats).
• Event, role, and class are fixed from the event and your member profile — you only paste the URL (and optional title / match-begins-at).
• All guild members can upload and browse; delete rules match the library page.

• On Members, open Details for a member to see their VODs below item/currency requests and tickets.
• The shared Date range filter limits VODs by created date. Event type filters VODs linked to events of that type (same filter as attendance).

Supported links

YouTube (watch, live, shorts), Medal.tv, Twitch VODs/clips, and generic https links. YouTube links show a thumbnail on the card when available.
