Call to Action (CTA)

Premium Guild Builder module for urgent or recurring callouts to part of (or all of) your roster.

Enable

Guild Settings → Events → Call to Action (requires Guild Builder premium). The Schedule sidebar link appears only while this toggle is on. Then open Schedule → Call to Action.

Permissions

• Create CTAs — create Optional / Not Mandatory CTAs
• Create high-priority CTAs — also create Mandatory / Important / Immediately

Create form

The create card starts collapsed. Priority and audience type sit on one row. Member pickers list Display name (in-game name). Role audience includes built-in roles and your guild’s custom member roles.

Priorities

• Optional — no Discord DM
• Not Mandatory — one DM, no repeats
• Mandatory — DM + remind every 10 minutes until acknowledged or the duration ends
• Important — remind every 5 minutes
• Immediately — remind every 1 minute

Audience

All members, members with a given permission, a member role (Tank / Heal / DPS / custom roles), a class, or selected members.

Acknowledge

Members get a Discord DM with Acknowledge. After they click, that button is removed and a new message offers response options (Here already, in 5 / 30 / 60 minutes, Won't make it — options depend on CTA duration). Reminders stop once they respond. App push is stubbed and falls back to Discord DM.

Statistics

Per-CTA stats on the CTA page, and a Call to Action tab on Guild Statistics when the module is enabled.
