Guild Builder is a per-guild hub: calendar, cross-guild events, raid presets, members, attendance, and optional class stats, loot, and currency modules. Browse the full feature set below — log in with Discord and join a guild to use these tools.
Week, day, and upcoming views; recurring events; custom event types; web RSVP; calendar RSVP pop-up with title link and your party roster (layout role colours + class icons); signup close; Count toward statistics per event (default on); RSVP/attendance charts; threaded event comments; Stats tab per occurrence; party layout per event; party CSV export; no-reply reminders; Discord RSVP embeds.
Calendar docs →Invite ally guilds. GvG, Mixed, or Together linkage — shared calendar events when all accept; optional Discord logs.
Cross-guild docs →Reusable raid compositions: member pool, parties, backups, fillers, classes. Attach to events; import/export CSV.
Preset editor →Roster with roles, categories, classes, granular permissions, party/event display names, in-game names, roster CSV export, leave-of-absence for staff, and optional DKP balance column with sort when DKP is enabled.
Permissions →Default attendance voice channel in guild settings (or per event). /track-attendance or auto attendance after each occurrence. RSVP / voice matching rules, attended (no RSVP) and attended (declined) tracking, no-show DMs, and optional DKP awards in attendance DMs when enabled.
Planners send party assignment DMs from event layouts. Skips not attending, absent, and LoA; dedicated no-RSVP reminders for unassigned members. In-game names with role emoji and class; CSV export and per-slot overrides.
Layout guide →Members appeal no-shows; staff with Late RSVP permission review the queue. Optional Discord logging with accept/decline buttons.
Permissions →Per-class member profiles, configurable fields, heatmaps, column filters, CSV export, mentor reminder DMs, optional Discord forum threads per class.
Class stats docs →Custom application forms, loot vault (with item quantity), buy offers, optional DKP purchases, status workflow, staff comments, optional loot rolls with pity, roll-outcome labels, and optional Discord forum sync with status tags.
Loot docs →Earn DKP for attended events (guild default or per-event override). Spend on vault items with a DKP price; staff accept or decline and DKP is refunded on decline. Balances on the member roster and in request details.
DKP guide →Payout statistics, optional monthly chart, member requests, staff bulk assign, and payout history audit log.
Currency docs →Members submit and track currency requests and comment with staff when the module is enabled.
How it works →Review queue, bulk-assign payouts, and track open requests — requires Currency permission.
Permissions →RSVP and attendance breakdowns by date range, weekday, category, and member. Per-event Count toward statistics excludes optional events. Pie charts and filterable tables.
Stats permission →Invite links send applicants to a pending screen; staff with Recruiting accept or decline before members join.
How invites work →Opt-in support tickets: types with handlers, auto case-worker assign, dashboard stats, and optional Discord channels (assignee + ping-role access, two-way sync).
Tickets guide →Opt-in member-readable pages for guild rules, onboarding, and reference — formatted body, deactivate/delete, optional visibility by member or permission.
Rules & Info guide →Carl-style Discord embed composer for staff — live preview, fields, images, footer, and send to selected channels.
Embed builder guide →Staff toggle ✈️ on members to skip no-reply reminders and sync Leave of absence on events — including after attendance tracking when there was no RSVP.

Party Builder is the cross-server party system: find or create MMO parties from Discord or the web. Unlimited active parties — free for everyone. New parties default to private; choose public for shareable web links and the community listing. No guild required — use the sidebar for Party Builder (active parties) and Profile (display and in-game names).
Browse public parties without logging in. Log in to create parties (default private), pick a Discord server + game channel, join/leave from the web, or edit open parties you own.
Browse parties →Every public party has a shareable URL at /parties/{id}. Same roster and join buttons as Discord — embed titles link here. Private parties require login (creator or admin only).
Set your in-game name, party/event display label, and per-game characters — used on rosters, layouts, and DMs across Party Builder and Guild Builder.
Log in →Add characters per game with an in-game name and class, and mark one main per game. Guilds auto-fill your role from your main; parties use your per-game name and show your class emote. Multiple classes for a role? Discord asks which to join as.
In-game names & classes →Unlimited parties, public links, web join/leave, profile names, game channel targeting, and party types.
Read documentation →Logged-in users post from Active Parties — default private, optional Discord server + game for per-game channels. Discord: /create-party-roles or /create-party-classes.
/edit-party or Active Parties → Edit (creator or app admin): change title, description, and role slot counts.
Tank, healer, support, DPS, and magic slots — or per-class buttons from game presets. Legacy ranged/melee still supported.
Role reference →/create-party, /create-party-roles, /create-party-classes, /edit-party, /close-party, join buttons, auto threads, and @mention rosters with in-game names.
/set-party-channel links an existing text channel to a catalog game. Parties for that game post there automatically. On the official MMO Party Builder Discord, channels are auto-created from the admin panel.
Add MMO Party Builder to a server you manage so members can use slash commands and party buttons there.
Invite link →Support, announcements, and feedback for MMO Party Builder. Public parties can cross-post here.
Join server →Global games and raid/party size templates; per-server custom presets (limits may apply). Parties themselves are unlimited. /lift-server raises preset caps and perks.
/addvoice creates tracked temp channels; empty channels clean up on leave and after redeploys.
Tournament / Event Builder covers site-wide competitive and pickup events — not tied to a single guild calendar. Tournaments are guild-vs-guild brackets (ELO seeding, fight chat, ratings) — free to browse and apply as a guild; creating new tournaments requires Guild Builder premium on a guild you staff. Open events are free for all logged-in players — solo or pickup groups apply for team slots with no guild membership or premium required.
Public guild bracket tournaments: application windows, ELO-seeded 1v1 or multi-guild fights, live brackets, fight chat, and per-game guild ratings. Any guild owner or admin can apply — no premium required.
All tournaments →Owners and admins on a Guild Builder premium guild can create new brackets, review applications, and score fights. Browse and apply to tournaments without premium.
Tournament guide →Hosting Discord setup, leadership roles, public logging channel, applications, ELO seeding, bracket confirmation, fight chat, and scores.
Read guide →Non-guild team events: solo and group applications, roster presets, organizer review, auto-formed solo teams, and party layouts per team. No guild premium required.
All open events →Site admins grant the Community event organizer flag for pickup raids and mixed community rosters.
Open events guide →Hosting Discord requirement, solo vs group apply, Discord group invites, organizer review, team layouts, and stats.
