Currency distribution Premium

Payout statistics, monthly chart, payout history (staff), member requests, and bulk assign.

Optional per-guild module (off by default). Owners/admins enable and rename it under Guild settings → Currency distribution (Feature name and Requests page name). Set the in-game currency name and optional currency per €100 on the General tab for euro equivalents on the statistics page. When enabled, the sidebar shows an Items and Currency section: [feature name] statistics with nested My requests (all members) and [requests page name] for staff.

Members

  • Open [feature name] statistics to see lifetime payouts for current and past guild members.
  • Open My requests in the sidebar (under [feature name] statistics) to submit and track your requests.
  • Use Request [currency name] to create a request — the first question is always Amount of [currency name] want to receive; additional questions are configured by staff.
  • If you already have an open request (New or Active), clicking Request again shows an in-app dialog to edit that request instead of creating a duplicate.
  • By default, the full request list is not visible to normal members — only your own submissions on My requests. Owners/admins can turn off Currency requests visible to staff only in guild settings so all members see every open request (sidebar label becomes Requests instead of My requests).
  • Edit your own open request while status is not closed (Completed, Cancelled, and Rejected are locked). Saving an edit marks the request unread for staff. If you change the requested amount, a comment is added with the old and new values (old > new).
  • Paste images into comments with Ctrl+V (same as loot and event comments).

Statistics page

  • Summary totals: distributed currency, payout count, optional € equivalent, active vs past member counts.
  • Member totals tab (default): click column headers to sort — Player, in-game name, amount (lifetime or selected period), payout count, status. The # column stays your rank by amount (within the current filter), even when sorted by other columns.
  • Filters: optional From/To payout dates (empty = all time), plus all members / active / past. Amount column shows lifetime totals or period totals when a date range is applied. Monthly chart follows the same range (default last 12 months when all time).
  • Monthly chart (optional) — Guild settings → Currency distribution → Show monthly distribution chart. When enabled, a bar chart above the member table shows total currency assigned per calendar month for the last 12 months.
  • Payout history (staff, Currency permission) — Dedicated page under Currency distribution statistics: every individual assignment from bulk assign, sortable by date (default newest first), member, amount, request #, source text, and assigned-by staff name. Staff with Currency permission can delete a payout to fix mistakes — that removes the history row and subtracts the amount from the linked request (reopening completed → active/initial when appropriate).

Additional form fields (staff: Currency permission)

Configure ordered questions in settings (after the fixed amount field): text, link, number, long text, and dropdown. Required flags per field.

Currency requests (staff)

  • Status workflow: NewActive (on first assignment) → Completed when assigned amount meets or exceeds requested; staff can set Cancelled or Rejected.
  • Overview counts per status and a progress bar: assigned vs requested on open requests.
  • Sortable request table (including in-game name). Staff see a mail icon for unread comments; mark them read with Comments read in the detail panel. New requests start unread; a member editing their request also marks it unread. Amount changes are posted as a comment (old > new). Detail panel shows the member’s other requests and a comment thread. The member name in the detail title and member column is a link that opens the full member detail popup (guide).
  • Assignment mode (Guild settings → Currency distribution): Member-based (default for new guilds) assigns amounts to members directly with no total or source; Item-based uses a total + optional source/untracked and splits across requests. Existing guilds keep their current mode until changed in settings.
  • Assign: click a request to open details (status is under the member name). In member mode, enter an amount and click Assign to apply immediately. In item mode, use Add to assignment then Assign at the bottom of the page — amounts must add up to the total (with optional untracked). Use Direct assignment (left of Create request for member) to give a member currency without a request — pick the member, amount, and optional source; it is recorded in payout history.
  • Excess assignment (assigned > requested) shows a warning icon on the request (informational).
  • Optional Discord logging for request submit, status changes, and assignments — Guild settings → Application logging.

Currency permission: review requests, change status, bulk-assign payouts, view payout history, and manage additional form fields. Enabling the module remains owner/admin. See Guild member permissions. Item distribution is separate — see Loot / item distribution.
