📝 Guild applications & recruitment

Public apply forms, invite-link queue, 40/60 review UI, repeat applications, optional Discord forum.

Guilds can recruit in two ways: invite links (existing flow) and optional public applications with custom forms. Both land in Recruitment for reviewers with the Recruiting permission (owners/admins always can).

Public applications (owner/admin)

  • Enable under Guild settings → Applications. Shows Apply to <guild name> on the guild page for logged-in users who are not members.
  • Configure ordered form fields (same types as loot/class stats/currency): text, long text, link, number, dropdown, slider, image (paste/upload), and class (guild class list).
  • Repeat applications — Applicants may submit again after a previous application is accepted or declined (not while one is pending).
  • Submit at /guilds/<slug-or-id>/apply. Pending applicants see a status screen until reviewed.

Invite links

  • Create tokens under Guild settings → General → Invite links. Applicants follow /invite/<token>, log in with Discord, and wait on a pending screen.
  • Accepted members join the guild and receive a Discord DM with the guild link; declined applicants receive a notice DM.

Recruitment queue (Recruiting permission)

  • Open and History tabs with a 40% / 60% layout: application list on the left, detail panel on the right.
  • Table columns include applicant and submitted time; repeat attempts show an attempt number.
  • Detail panel: all form answers, Accept / Decline, and a Discussion comment thread (staff).
  • Sidebar Recruitment shows a notification badge when open applications need review.
  • Optional Discord logging channel for accept/decline events (configured in guild settings).

Discord forum (optional)

  • When enabled, each new application creates a forum thread titled Guild name | Display name (in-game; class) when those fields are present.
  • Optional ping role on new applications; optional applicant and member Discord roles (assigned on submit / accept, removed on accept or decline when configured).
  • Staff comments on the web can sync to the forum thread; accept/decline updates the thread and archives it.

See Guild member permissions for Recruiting. For staff member tools on the roster, see Member detail pane.
