🛠️ Party preset editor
Build reusable raid compositions and attach them to events.
Open Party Presets from the guild sidebar, create a preset, then open it in the builder. If you can edit, changes save automatically.
- Member pool — Guild members appear on the left; drag them into slot cards to assign tank/heal/DPS/support (or TBD).
- Parties & backups — Add normal or backup groups; drag groups to reorder. Rename groups inline.
- Slots — Each slot is one roster seat. Use Add filler for placeholder names (e.g. “PUG”) without a Discord user.
- Classes — When the guild has defined classes, you can assign a class per slot from the dropdown (helps icons/names on event views).
- CSV — Staff with the right permissions can export the layout or import a CSV to replace all parties (see permissions).
- Events — When creating or editing an event, choose this preset; the first open of the event party editor can copy groups into the event. Further edits on the event do not change the saved preset.
- Party assignment DMs — On event detail, staff with Event parties can send assignments; optional per-party notes are included in the DM. The roster lists each member as role emoji + in-game name + (class) — e.g.
🛡️ Arthas (Paladin) — using guild/profile in-game names, not app display nicknames.
- Cross-guild — Host’s preset can copy to the host guild’s event when a cross-guild request finalizes (guest guilds do not receive the host preset automatically).
