Tasks

Party Builder checklists per game — personal tasks are free for every logged-in user. Guild-assigned tasks and the staff Assigned tab need Guild Builder premium.

Where to open

• Party Builder sidebar → Tasks (/tasks) — personal boards
• Guild Schedule → Tasks — always shown; same personal board, plus guild assign when enabled

Games

Add a game from the dropdown before you see its board. Site admins can override reset clocks (CET) under Admin → Games → Tasks. If unset, defaults apply: daily 06:00, weekly Monday, monthly 1st. Catalog edits apply on the next reset.

Board

Columns: one-off, daily, weekly, monthly. Checked items move to the bottom for the current period, then to Completed after a reset. Stacking can raise Nx for missed periods.

Guild (premium)

Enable guild Tasks assign under Guild Settings → Members → Tasks. Staff with Manage guild Tasks assign audiences and use the Assigned tab. DMs link to the board; no acknowledge. Personal boards do not need this toggle.
