📆 Calendar & events

Create events, RSVP, calendar pop-up roster, recurring occurrences, comments, Stats tab posts, and event party layouts.

The guild Calendar is the home page for your guild (/guilds/<slug-or-id>). Open any event for the full event detail page — RSVP, party layout, discussion, and attendance tools.

Calendar views

  • Week, day, and upcoming lists.
  • Event types — Custom title, subtitle, and colour; shown as Title — Subtitle on chips.
  • Recurring events — Each occurrence has its own RSVP row (?occurrence=<unix-ms> in the URL). Discord RSVP buttons embed the occurrence when recurring.
  • CTA window — Optional guild setting to focus the timeline on ±2 hours around call-to-action; members can toggle “full day” (saved per browser).
  • Cross-guild pending — Placeholders appear grey until the request is finalized (see Cross-guild event requests).

Calendar RSVP pop-up

  • Hover or click — By default, hover an event chip to open the RSVP pop-up; on Profile you can switch to single-click to open it (click elsewhere to close). Double-click the event chip still opens the full event page.
  • Event link — The pop-up title is an underlined link with > at the end so members can open the event page without knowing about double-click.
  • Quick RSVP — Attending / not attending / tentative (if enabled) buttons; planners may see No-reply reminder. After sign-ups close or attendance is tracked, your RSVP status and late-attendance actions appear instead of signup buttons.
  • Your party — When you are placed on a party layout, the pop-up shows Party name | Team name (when set) and a compact roster of your party only — same role colours and class icons/names as the event layout (respects your Profile class display preference). Excludes no RSVP, not attending, absent, and leave of absence from the member list. Refreshes while the pop-up is open.

Creating & editing events

Requires Events permission (or owner/admin). Set start/end (5-minute steps; end defaults to +30 minutes), description, event type, optional party preset, recurrence, signup close (minutes before start), Count toward statistics (on by default — turn off to exclude this event from guild Statistics and member attendance rollups), no-reply reminder toggle/hours, and per-event attendance voice channel (or inherit guild default).

Post or refresh the Discord RSVP embed in the guild’s event post channel. Trigger Send No-Reply Reminder Now for members still without an RSVP.

RSVP & attendance

  • Members RSVP on the web or via Discord buttons (attending, not attending, tentative if enabled).
  • Staff with RSVP permission can change anyone’s status on the event page.
  • Charts below the title show RSVP and attendance breakdowns (RSVP chart hidden until someone has replied).
  • Leave of absence — Set on Members (✈️); excluded from no-reply reminders; can sync to LoA RSVP on signup. When attendance is tracked, on-leave members with no prior RSVP are recorded as LoA.
  • Late attendance — Eligible members appeal on the event page; Late RSVP reviewers use the Late attendance queue.
  • Voice attendance: /track-attendance and optional auto attendance — see Discord: event attendance (includes attended (no RSVP) and attended (declined) when tracking runs).

Party layout on events

  • Choosing a preset on create can copy groups into the event; edits on the event do not change the saved preset.
  • Event parties permission: drag-and-drop pool, parties, backups, fillers, per-slot role/class overrides, optional party notes (included in assignment DMs), Send Party Assignments (skips not attending, absent, and LoA; dedicated no-RSVP reminders for unassigned members), auto-save.
  • Export party layout CSV with export permissions (see permissions).
  • Display names on slots: admin party/event label → member’s party/event name → Discord username.

Discussion

  • Threaded comments on the event — reply, edit/delete your own (with “edited” label).
  • Comments moderator permission lets staff remove others’ posts.

Stats tab

  • On the event detail page, open the 📊 Stats tab to post fight results, DPS meters, and screenshots for that occurrence (recurring events are occurrence-specific).
  • Staff with Events permission can post; all guild members can read.
  • Uses the same rich compose as tournament match stats — paste images with Ctrl+V, markdown formatting, and inline uploaded images.

Presets: Party preset editor. Cross-guild: Cross-guild event requests.
