Member detail pane

Staff popup on Members: Discord roles, permissions, LoA, shared date-range history (attendance, loot, currency, tickets; fight VODs when premium).

On Members, staff open a member’s Details popup (or click the member row) for quick actions and history without leaving the roster. The same popup opens from item and currency distribution when you click the underlined member name on a request detail panel or in the member column. Sections appear based on your permissions and which optional modules are enabled.

Quick actions

  • Discord roles — Assign roles from a list configured in Guild settings → Member management → Assignable Discord roles (owner/admin). Staff need Member, class & nickname permission.
  • Permissions — Toggle member permission tags in the popup (same tags as the roster modal). Requires roster permission management access.
  • Class stats reminder — Send a Discord DM nudging the member to update their class profile (when class stats is enabled). Optional class override in the dropdown.
  • Send guild info — Pick a preconfigured info message and send it as a formatted Discord embed DM. Snippets are defined under Guild settings → Member management → Guild info DM messages (owner/admin).
  • Leave of absence — Toggle LoA, set optional start and end dates, and a reason. LoA clears automatically after the end date. Staff with Member, class & nickname can set LoA for anyone; members can set their own when enabled under Guild settings → Member management → Leave of absence. That section also controls whether members can save an indefinite LoA (no end date), whether a reason is required, and who can see reasons on the roster and event RSVP tab. Optional Discord logging when members change their own LoA includes the dates and reason.
  • DKP — When DKP is enabled, view the member’s current balance. Staff with the DKP permission (or owner/admin) can grant points from this popup.

Date range & history

When any history section is available, a shared Date range block appears at the top of the popup. Set From / To and click Apply to reload attendance, Match Stats, item requests, currency requests, tickets, and (when the guild has premium) fight VODs together. Clear the dates and apply again to show all time.

  • Attendance — Counts for attended, deafened, attended (no RSVP), attended (declined), left early, arrived late, not attending, no show, and leave of absence (Stats permission). Filtered by event start within the date range. Optional Event type filter applies here, to Match Stats, and to VODs below. Only events with Count toward statistics enabled are included.
  • Match Stats — When Match Stats is enabled (Guild Builder premium), a line chart of that member’s published stats over time. Columns follow the same per-role mapping as Guild review role stats in Match Stats settings. Event type filters matches bound to those calendar types. See Match Stats.
  • Item requests — Filter loot applications by status; the date range limits rows by request created date (Loot permission, when loot distribution is on). Click a row for a summary modal. Applications resolved by a loot roll show a Loot roll badge.
  • Currency requests — Same pattern for currency applications — status filter plus created date from the shared range (Currency permission, when currency distribution is on).
  • Wishlist — Items the member has marked as needed (when Wishlist is enabled under loot distribution). Visible like the wishlist page: everyone by default, or only self / Loot staff when Private wishlist is on. See the Wishlist guide.
  • Tickets created — Tickets opened by the member, filterable by status; the date range limits rows by ticket created date (Tickets permission or ticket-type handler, when tickets is on).
  • VODs — When the guild has Guild Builder premium, fight recording links uploaded by the member, using the same cards as event VODs (thumbnail, class, event, date). Each card also shows Reviewed by with how many reviewers left feedback or marked the review finished. The date range limits rows by VOD created date. Optional Event type filter applies to VODs linked to events of that type. All members with popup access see this section (Fight VODs guide).

The popup is read-only for members without the relevant tags. Owners and admins see all sections their guild modules support.
