Guild Builder overview

Hub for your linked guild: calendar, members, settings, and links to every module.

Guild Builder is your guild’s space after you link a Discord server. Open it from My Guilds or the site-wide /features page (same URL pattern as /profile and /active-parties — not under /guilds/…/features). The guild sidebar’s Features link goes to /features; pick which guild your shortcut cards use on that page (session).

Owners and admins have full access. Other members need permission toggles on the Members page.

Quick reference

  • Members — Roster CSV, roles, categories, classes, in-game names, party/event display names, leave of absence (✈️), configurable member role colours (Tank, Heal, DPS, Support, TBD) on rosters and layouts, and the staff member detail popup with shared date-range history (guide).
  • Fight VODs — Guild Builder premium. Guild library of recording links (under Insights → VODs when Insights is on; otherwise a top-level sidebar item). With Insights on, cards open the in-app viewer (VODs, Insights).
  • Match Stats — Guild Builder premium, off by default. Screenshot OCR scoreboards, review, leaderboards, Performance graphs, and Friendly vs opponent charts (guide).
  • Insights — Guild Builder premium, off by default. Attendance / form charts, VOD comments, optional review queue, and Guild review of selected event types with role stats vs a 90-day average (guide).
  • Recruitment — Invite links and optional public applications with custom forms; Recruiting permission reviews in a 40/60 queue with sidebar badge (guide).
  • Tickets — Optional support module; auto case workers, staff dashboard, optional Discord sync (guide).

  • Statistics — RSVP/attendance analytics (Stats permission), including separate counts for attended (no RSVP) and attended (declined). Per-event Count toward statistics (default on) excludes optional events from rollups. Admins can open the Statistics page to all guild members (not just staff with the Stats permission) — with an option to limit those members to the simplified breakdown — under Guild settings → Member management → Guild statistics visibility. This never exposes statistics outside the guild.
  • Guild settings (owner/admin) — Linked server, logging (recruitment, late attendance, event requests), channels, auto attendance, classes, event types, member role colours, loot, wishlist, DKP, currency, class stats, Match Stats, Insights, tickets, Rules & Info, embed builder, invites, public URL slug, theme.
  • Wishlist — Optional loot-module need list (own catalog); staff can award items as logged applications (guide).
  • Class stats — Optional per-class profiles; can be limited to staff only (guide).
  • Public link — /<slug>/discord redirects to your Discord invite when configured.
